Welcome!

Hello friends! I’m Jessica Grant.

For 22 years I taught elementary and middle school general music.

I am a lover of fiction books and classic literature, Peloton obsessed athlete, carb-loving, nap-taking, determined gal who loves a good challenge and working towards goals step by step until they’re achieved and celebrated.

And I’m so excited you’re here!

You’re likely in need of encouragement, classroom lesson ideas, consistent content and space to grow and learn. I love sharing teaching ideas that you can take to your students in the hopes that it will make your job a little easier.

You have a voice inside of you and gifts to share. You were made to be amazing and live an intentional life full of purpose and passion. Come with me to learn more as we challenge ourselves, take care of ourselves and bring our best to our students.

Head up. Smile on. Let’s do this together.

Peloton Workouts

It’s truly hard to choose my favorites workouts. There’s so many great ones on the Peloton platform. These are a few of my favorites that I’ve taken within each type of workout (strength, cycling, outdoor running, yoga, stretching)

I’m a HUGE FAN OF #HCOTF (Hard Core on the Floor): A Facebook group with daily workouts that focus on specific areas each day including Upper Body, Lower Body, Bodyweight, Yoga, Core, Walking, and Stretching.

In order to design successful habits and change your behaviors, you should do three things. Stop judging yourself. Take your aspirations and break them down into tiny behaviors.

Embrace mistakes as discoveries and use them to move forward.
