S14: E258 Teacher Health and Wellness: Insights from the New Book Release
One of the biggest blessings in my life in the past few years has been getting to know Danielle Larrick. She is an incredible friend, musician and educator. We’ve worked on creating a course called The Confident Music Educator - more information coming soon for what’s ahead with that! And now we’ve co-written a book just for you called Two Teacher Perspectives on Health and Wellness. Both of us have been in education for a while now and we’re excited to share with you about what we’ve learned and are continuing to learn about personal areas of health and wellness from our lives in our new book.
The book releases this week on June 8th! We’re SO excited for how this book can help you and encourage you. Here are the details about the book!
10 chapters based on topics such as imposter syndrome, identity, energy, organization, sleep, anxiety/depression, and uncertainty
Imitated the style of writing from The Office Ladies Book. We took turns sharing thoughts, ideas and experiences from our lives. You’ll see alternating paragraphs or sections between the two of us around a single topic.
